Lord Hard Court, Parkhill Learning Disability Service

Support Worker Vacancy for 26 hrs per week required to work day and afternoon shifts, including weekend working.

We are looking for experienced, motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic day/afternoon staff to join our team, at Parkhill residing at Lord Hardy Court, to provide care and support to individuals with a learning disability, you will be required to follow individual care plans, and risk assessments.

You will need to follow Person Centred Plans that are detailed to meet individual needs, implemented, monitored, and reviewed with all staff and carers involved.

Contribute towards the monitoring and assessment of service users plans, reviews and assessment of risks ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures in line with Care Quality Commission Essential Standards of Quality and Safety.

Work with the team to provide sensitive care and guidance to service users in areas of personal care, daily living, health, social integration, and emotional support.

Good communication skills are essential, and you will need to have the ability to use your own initiative. You will have the ability to write in individual care plans within the service setting

You will be required to work on a rota system over a 7-day week which includes, weekends and bank holidays.
