Summary
P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Business Development Assistant to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis based in Great Yarmouth.
This role will allow somebody to grow, develop and flourish into a company.
This role will include day to day running’s of the department and assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager, alongside occasional travel to events and conferences, which may be international trips.
Main Responsibilities:
• Taking incoming calls.
• Making calls to gain leads.
• Maintaining working relationships with clients.
• Gaining new business.
• Business Development
• Attending meetings / conferences – this may involve travelling.
Person Specification:
• Holds a qualification in one of the following: Marine Studies, Marine Biology, Oceanography, Hydrodynamics, Sales or Marketing. – this is not essential.
• Eager to learn and use your own initiative.
Working Hours and Benefits:
• Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00 (1hr for lunch)
• Uncapped commission structure.
• WFH once a successful training period.
