Summary
Main Purpose
Carry out electrical PPMs
Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for carrying out PPM & reactive tasks across Aberdeenshire
• Carrying our reactive repairs within SLA times
• Providing support to the PPM team and repairs
• Must be competent in fault finding and carrying out PPM tasks
• Lighting installation and repairs
• Using NICEIC software for certification
• Surveying sites and identifying any potential project works
• Works mainly in schools and sheltered housing sites
• Compliance with contractual requirements.
• Client satisfaction and the quality of service provided.
• Responsibility for the undertaking and execution of all operations under their remit and reporting directly to the Operations Manager
• Ensuring the company systems are implemented in a manner, which fully complies with all legal, qualitative, health, safety and environmental standards and other relevant guidance.
• Ensuring, demonstrate, review and monitor compliance, to meet the expectation and needs of the Client, the quality and organisational goals of the company and satisfy the requirements of BS EN IS0 9001:2000
• Monitoring and professional oversight of works as directed by their line manager to ensure satisfactory quality levels.
• Developing the competency of them through a commitment to continuing professional development.
• Participation in a 24 hour 7 day per week on call service
Skills & Knowledge
• A Full driving license.
• Full training and courses provided
