Your Role:

  • Provide personalised support to individual learners or small groups.
  • Serve as a positive role model within the classroom.
  • Assist teachers with classroom activities, resources, and management.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
  • Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every school day.

What We're Looking For:

  • A deep passion for working with children and inspiring a love for learning.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
  • Experience in working with children or care giving roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach.
  • Confidence in supporting students either individually or in small groups.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
