Your Role:
- Provide personalised support to individual learners or small groups.
- Serve as a positive role model within the classroom.
- Assist teachers with classroom activities, resources, and management.
- Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every school day.
What We're Looking For:
- A deep passion for working with children and inspiring a love for learning.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
- Experience in working with children or care giving roles.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach.
- Confidence in supporting students either individually or in small groups.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
