Summary

My clients have been operating on the fringes of the UK fleet market for almost ten years, underwriting on behalf of insurance companies. They launched its new underwriting facility in December 2017 with the backing of Accredited Insurance (Europe) Ltd (AIEL). AIEL is owned by the Randall & Quilter Group of companies and carries an A- AM Best Rating. Also supported by Transatlantic Reinsurance (London) Ltd who are A+ rated by all the leading rating agencies.

We are now looking for them experienced Personal Injury Claim Handlers.

Ideally with litigation experience, to deal with all aspects of motor claims, up to an individual handling authority, in accordance with company procedures and Legal Regulations and Protocols, ensuring claims are managed to successful conclusion. The role will involve the investigation, negotiation and settlement of claims, whilst ensuring potentially fraudulent claims are identified.
