This is a fantastic opportunity as you will be managing high value/business critical contracts and supporting HR in the development and delivery of cohesive health and well-being provision.

Working closely in a small, dynamic team, you will manage the Occupational Health (OH)/Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)/Health Kiosk contracts, ensuring service providers are carrying out their contractual obligations. You will be responsible for ensuring that the services are delivered against KPIs, within budget, and align with legislative requirements.

Excellent stakeholder management skills are required as you will work in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders across HR, Commercial and the wider organisation, managing the contracts to ensure the services support the health and well-being strategy, HR and attendance processes and wider organisational requirements.

This role will have line management responsibility.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Managing service delivery of OH/EAP/Health Kiosk contracts to ensure value for money is achieved through the contracts
  • Using appropriate Management Information (MI) to identify and monitor issues and ensure continuous improvement of the service
  • Reviewing service performance regularly, chairing contract review meetings, and monitoring delivery against KPIs. Managing escalation processes for service failures and manage the business impact
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with Suppliers and key stakeholders (including HR, Health and Safety, Estates, Cabinet Office, GRS) across the business. Working collaboratively to ensure the service meets all requirements and when issues are identified they can be resolved quickly and effectively
  • Supporting delivery of health and well-being initiatives by ensuring all contractual elements are covered
