Summary

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently recruiting a Trainee Project Co-ordinator to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis.

Role Summary:
The Trainee Project Co-ordinator will provide project administrative support to the companies growing Engineering Department. The Engineering Team is responsible for the design; meeting client specifications, project management of the build; including ordering of components, liaising with suppliers, and keeping the project to time and keeping clients informed of build progress via reports and meetings.

Main Responsibilities:
• Raising purchase orders and approving invoice against purchase orders.
• Obtaining quotes from suppliers.
• Answering telephone and greeting visitors.
• Data input and management.
• Taking minutes of meetings.
• Maintaining documentation.
• Liaising with Production Department and other departments as necessary.
• Project organisation and managing processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:
• GCSEs in Maths and English Grade C/4 or above.
• Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

• A good communicator (verbal and written).
