What you’ll be doingAssistants are required to be flexible according to business requirements. The focus of each job may vary however, it is expected that activities will typically include the following:
⦁ Serve food and beverages to customers ⦁ Take payment and keep financial records as required⦁ Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise⦁ Clean back of house areas, crockery and cutlery using equipment when trained to do so⦁ Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/vending machines preparation and public areas⦁ Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the work⦁ Keeps diligent records as required⦁ Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirementsUndertake relevant training as required

Experience:

- Some previous experience desirable in a food services environment however full training will be provided for this multi service role.
- BPSS and Disclosure Scotland required
- Self motivated and customer focused
- Follows instructions well with a willingness to learn
