We are looking for a Special Educational Needs Coordinator to join our team.
The Governing Body are looking for a teacher with high expectations who will bring their passion for learning and energy to our talented teaching team to make a meaningful impact on the outcomes for children with special educational needs.
We are looking for a teacher that can demonstrate that they:
• Are a qualified and experienced teacher within the primary age range.
• Are caring, creative and have an innovative approach to working with young children.
• Have high expectations and a passion to help every child fulfil his/her potential.
• Have experience of working with colleagues to promote effective and informed teaching and learning which supports SEND pupils.
• Be effective in working closely with families and a range of partner agencies
• Have experience of co-ordinating SEND in a school (desirable)
• Have a SENDCo qualification (desirable)or be willing to complete the qualification.
• Are a reflective practitioner with good organisational skills.
