Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our team. The Cleaning Operative will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in designated areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be capable of working independently or as part of a team, and possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
Dispose of waste in a proper manner.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and stairways.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and tools are maintained in good working condition.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
