Summary
KPI currently have an exciting opportunity to join our client in the ST5 area as a Press Brake Operative
As a press brake operative, you will play a vital part in the running of the cnc press brake machine and will be self sufficient within your role.We are looking for a driven and experienced individual who will fit within the company
Although initial training will be given, 2 x years’ experience within a similar type role is essential. This includes both the programming and setting of the machine.
Any experience using Amada controlls will be a huge advantage
What the role offers:
• Monday to Friday
• 7.30am to 4:30pm (1:30pm finish on a Friday)
• £12.62-£13.32 per hour
• Perm or temp to perm opportunity DOE
• Free on-site parking
What we are looking for:
• Minimum 2 x years press brake experience
• Be able to read and work from drawings
• Have proven experience in bending
• Be fit and able to carry out manual duties
• Adopt a ‘can do’ attitude and work on own initiative
• Able to set and Program Amada CNC's
