Summary
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the Target Operating Model, ensuring alignment with the Trusts strategic and clinical objectives. Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the new hospitals operating model with other Trust initiatives. Provide strategic oversight and direction for the Target Operating Model, including the preparation of business cases and cost models. Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to drive the successful delivery of the Target Operating Model. Job Duties: Develop and manage the Target Operating Model delivery plan, including key milestones, dependencies, and risks. Ensure that the Target Operating Model is aligned with NHS sustainability targets and the Trusts Green Plan. Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organisation. Monitor and report on the progress of the Target Operating Model, providing updates to the Programme Board and other senior governance groups.
