Summary
Provide a one stop assessment for patients referred with trial without a catheter, urinary retention and breaking bad news. Initiate or participate in clinical audit/research projects and urology presentations. Set up new nurse led urology clinics to help patients and Urology Department. Liaise with the Multi-disciplinary team in providing efficient and effective care meet the needs of the service. Ensuring that nursing procedures are carried out in accordance with UHCW Trust policy taking appropriate action in emergency situations.
