Summary
An SEN school in the Carmarthenshire area looking for teaching assistants to join their team immediately. The school ideally would prefer Teaching Assistants who have SEN experience however, welcome candidates who are eager and willing to learn on the job. Therefore, as a preferred agency Connex Education Wales are recruiting for this role.
The school itself provides an inclusive and engaging learning environment, with a key focus of increasing opportunities for all. The school supports pupils with additional learning needs, many of which have additional ‘barriers to learning’. This would include ADHD, ASD, SEMH, and SpLD. Although sometimes challenging, you will not find job satisfaction like it anywhere else.
