The Teaching Space Facilities Assistant role is to support around 400 classrooms, hybrid meeting rooms and IT clusters across the main campus. Your role will be to check each room on a regular basis to ensure that the correct furniture is present, the audio visual technology works and to report any room damage or heating/ lighting repairs to Estates. You will also be expected to assist teaching staff with simple issues - "how do I turn on the PC?" for example. You will pass more complicated issues to the 2nd line technical team to resolve.
