• Employee Assistance Programme – access to a 24/7 counselling and support helpline
What you’ll be doing:
• Being responsible for the operational line management of Tenancy Support Officers/Housing Support Officers.
• Completing and reviewing assessments to ensure housing support needs are identified, risks managed, and interventions or referrals to external support agencies are completed.
• Developing, managing, and quality-controlling casework processes.
• Supporting the organisation to achieve Safeguarding requirements’ compliance.
• Being an escalation point for any complex tenant related issues.
What we’re looking for:
• A level 3 housing qualification, or the willingness to work towards this.
• Experience working in Housing Support, Tenancy Sustainment, Supported Housing, or Homelessness Prevention.
• Experience of working with people with care and support needs.
