Take your next step in you HR career and join us as an Associate Business Partner and play a vital role in shaping Wiltshire Council's workforce strategy. This is your chance to work closely with senior leaders, influence key decisions, support employee development and help share an inclusive and innovative workforce.

As an Associate Business Partner, you will support Strategic Business Partners to deliver effective people strategies. You will support structure reviews, organisational design and support role description development. You’ll build strong relationships with senior managers, offering expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management and organisational development. You'll lead the development of innovative, evidence-based workforce action plans, ensuring our council is prepared to meet future challenges.

We’re seeking a strategic HR professional with extensive experience, ideally CIPD qualified (level 5), who can effectively influence senior leaders, manage complex organisational changes and champion best practices. You should have knowledge and some experience in strategic human resource management, covering areas such as workforce planning, organisational development, succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, performance management and resourcing.
