Summary
You will be innovative and resilient, with a strong professional work ethic and have experience of working within the clinical specialty. You must be clinically credible with the ability to problem solve and make clinical decisions. You will be committed to promoting and providing excellent quality of care whilst ensuring a safe and well governed service. The post holder will work in collaboration with the Speciality Lead and General Manager for the Clinical Business Unit. It is an expectation that the post holder will support the team with the development of the service through the West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts (WYATT), a collaborative of NHS Hospitals from across West Yorkshire and Harrogate working together to provide the best possible care for our patients.
