An understanding of the current and future issues facing social care, local government and other partners e.g. education, health and the challenge these pose for individuals and the organisation; social care experience

Knowledge of the complexities and experience of working in Adult Social Care Finance

Professionally qualified CCAB

Financial modelling experience
