We are looking for a passionate, skilled and caring individual to support the pastoral care and personal development of students within our school as we work towards academic excellence with inclusivity for all. Each year group is led by a Head of Year (a member of the teaching staff) who are supported by non-teaching Assistant Heads of Year.

The pastoral team are supported by a clear, predictable school systems and routines and the successful candidate would be offered a firm foundation to develop their knowledge, skills and expertise.

Role: Assistant Head of Year

Location: Liskeard School & Community College

Contract: Permanent

Salary: Grade F - £23,893-£25,979 per annum pro rata, pay award pending

Actual Salary: approximately £19,970 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only (38 working weeks per year)

To start: As soon as possible
