• is an excellent classroom practitioner with a clear understanding of the provision necessary for successful teaching and learning;
• has high expectations of pupils in all aspects of school life ensuring pupil’s social, emotional and mental well-being is at the heart of their classroom practice.
• has the ability to communicate effectively and form positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and governors
• possesses commitment, skill and enthusiasm to positively contribute to the continued successes of our school, as a member of the whole staff team
• is able to provide an inclusive, creative, well-organised and educationally-rich learning environment.
