Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated Lead Generators to join our team. This is a commission-based role where you will earn 10% of every booking you confirm and complete. Payment is made weekly, and we are looking for individuals who can start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads for our cleaning services.
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other communication methods.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and track interactions.
- Work independently and take initiative to meet lead generation targets.
- Attend training sessions and apply the knowledge to improve lead generation effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or lead generation is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet and exceed targets.
