Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced In-House Recruitment Consultant with expertise in managing large-volume recruitment campaigns
and juggling workload. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a fast-paced,
high-demand food manufacturing environment. You will work closely with our internal HR teams, hiring managers and the wider
Resourcing team to understand company staffing needs and deliver efficient, scalable recruitment solutions.

What you will be doing - Responsibilities:

* Manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume weekly positions, ensuring a seamless process from job posting to candidate
placement.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and anticipate on-going needs for seasonal uplifts.
* Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through a variety of channels including job boards, social media,
and referrals.
* Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, suitability and cultural fit.
* Ensure a strong candidate pipeline by managing talent pools for recurring roles.
* Coordinate and manage candidate on boarding, ensuring all admin, compliance and legal requirements are met.
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with
recruitment objectives.
* Utilise recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process.

Who we are looking for - Requirements:

* Proven experience in high-volume temporary recruitment, ideally within Food Manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal
stakeholders and candidates.
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a high-pressure, fast paced environment.
* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail and compliance.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Experience of managing social media advertising
