Position Overview:
A project in Sutton, Surrey, is seeking a versatile Handyman for a temporary contract. The successful candidate must have a valid CSCS card and be experienced in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance, including carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing.
- Assist with repairs and small installations across the site.
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards and within health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card.
- Proven experience as a Handyman in a construction setting.
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.
