HOURS: Full-time / Part Time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

We have a brilliant opportunity for a People Advisor to join our team supporting the Consumer business. The role will work closely with our People Partners to provide people support across Consumer Lending & Relationships.

Consumer Lending is the Group's centre of excellence for lending, including mortgages, motor finance, cards and loans. We build brilliant products and make it simple for customers to access them, both for customers who bank with us directly, and those who use intermediaries. Consumer Relationships strives to deepen customer relationships at LBG through personalised experiences and outstanding customer service. What you'll be doing

  • Ambassadors of behavioural and cultural change, leading the business to build the desired culture and maximise colleague engagement, where appropriate identifying relevant HR programmes / projects / interventions

  • Strong HR policy and procedural knowledge, providing sound judgement and guidance to Partners and the Business.

  • The voice of the colleague in ensuring fairness, and engaging with business partners to provide guidance, advice and challenge to support the delivery of LBG values and behaviours

  • Leads on the use of people related data and MI to provide insight that informs people solutions and proactive interventions.

  • Supports solutions to strategically grow the business drawing on product toolkits

  • Supports the development of People solutions in response to business change

  • Anticipates future People related risks, supporting effective talent and succession management, resourcing and capability so that the business can deliver on its commitments.

  • Takes action to avoid high risk policy non-compliance

  • Raises awareness of Group cyclical processes.

We're looking for a People Advisor with technical HR experience and a strong understanding of HR policy and practice to join our team, help us to continue to deliver our People Strategy, and build the capability of the business.

The location of the role has some flexibility and will be based on the business portfolio that you will be supporting. There will be lots of opportunity for face-to-face collaboration with both People Partnering and business teams, and there may be times where you will need to travel to other Lloyds Banking Group sites.
