At Atelier Nursery, we're seeking to appoint a Deputy Manager and Senior Early Years Practitioner to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our children.

The Role: As a Senior Leader, you'll hold the vital responsibility of not only providing exceptional care and education to our babies and toddlers but also leading and coordinating the efforts of our dedicated team. Your role will encompass:
• Line management responsibilities, including mentoring and supporting early years practitioners.
• Coordinating the care and education of our youngest learners, ensuring each child's unique needs are met.
• Collaborating with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement and maintain the high standards for which Atelier Nursery is known.
To thrive in this role you should possess:
• Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years Education, with a degree qualification preferred.
• Extensive experience in an early years setting, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a nurturing approach.
• A passion for inspiring and empowering others, with the ability to motivate and support a team to achieve their best.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
