As a Technical Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting customers over the phone and in person at the workshop
• Inspecting and diagnosing problems with products and carrying out repairs
• Ensuring all processes are followed, including using internal systems
• Ensuring customer records are up to date
• Liaising with and communicating with other departments

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who has the following skills and experience:

• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
• A naturally high level of technical competency and comprehension
• Excellent interpersonal skills, telephone manner, and communication skills
• Patient, friendly and enjoy talking to people
• A positive and proactive personality, with good problem-solving skills
