Summary
Seeking a 1:1 LSA to start ASAP!
A thriving provision in Chelmsford are looking for a confident, caring support assistant to work with young adults with complex needs to access Specialist Further Education by delivering individually tailored and designed courses, incorporating specialist support and guidance.
Programs are delivered within a wide range of settings, from student's homes, work placements, social activities, leisure-based settings and with additional providers as required. All programs are designed to identify and prompt meaningful skills management and development for supporting individuals' vocational pathways.
You will work closely with students to include personal preferences and choices. Individualised and unique programs can often demonstrate a wide range of diverse activities, from fishing, sports and computers, to farming, cooking, welding and forestry.
As this is an outreach role, a driving licence and car will be required. Mileage will be paid back at 35p per mile.
This is a Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm role with 28 days annual leave (inc bank holidays).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
