Summary
Are you experienced in warehousing or retail or just looking for a long term career? If so, then come and join a team like no other!
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly people to join our team of warehouse and retail assistants working in our Newton Abbot Garden Centre. Duties will include picking, packing and pricing in our warehouse, merchandising stock, assisting customers, keeping the store clean and well presented, occasional till work and some plant care eg watering. No experience in horticulture is necessary as full training is available - you just need a willingness to learn and get stuck in!
As our nursery is situated on the outskirts of the town near Stover, applicants will need reliable transport to and from work as public transport is limited.
We can offer rates of pay well above industry average after a short trial period to assess your suitability for the role.
The job is very physical and involves lifting, carrying and being on your feet all day and so we are looking for someone who is reasonably fit.
