An excellent opportunity to join us at Allied care in one of our registered nursing homes with (20) beds in (Plymouth/Devon). We are seeking UK NMC Registered Nurses to join our team working at our 20 bedded care home with nursing. Experience in working with adults 18-65 with learning disabilities and health conditions would be an advantage.

Responsibilities and Duties
Our nurses support adults with nursing needs, learning disabilities, and mental ill-health conditions in a nursing home environment and work on a 12-hour shift pattern, mostly night shifts but you may be asked to cover some days. Including supporting with nursing needs, daily living skill development, personal care, and working with some behaviors which may present as challenging. Full induction, mandatory training, and regular support and supervision are provided to include Clinical supervision.
You will be expected to support the Home Manager and assistant manager with all aspects of nursing care from the assessment of need, designing support plans, and delivery of care.

Since vulnerable people need care all the time, we do ask that you work weekends but not all, this ensures our service users always have the support required. This is a full-time role (36-hour contract) with the opportunity of overtime although this is not mandatory. Registration with NMC essential.
