The White Hills Park Trust is excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant at Bramcote College. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about fostering educational growth in young people, particularly through personalized support and targeted intervention strategies.

As a Grade 3 Teaching Assistant, you will engage with students both one-on-one and in small groups, facilitating a nurturing learning environment under the guidance of our SENCo team. Your expertise in special educational needs will be pivotal in advocating for student needs and contributing to our inclusive educational practice.

The White Hills Park Trust is a Multi Academy Trust, based in Nottinghamshire. Formed in 2012, it currently comprises two secondary schools, three primary schools and a special school and we are embarking on a period of steady growth.

The ethos of our Trust is a partnership of successful schools. Although the schools work closely together and share resources and support services, each school retains its own character, identity and autonomy. Our schools have strong local governing bodies, and leaders are empowered to make decisions on behalf of their schools.
