What is the Role?
Our Customer Service Advisors are at the heart of our business; you are often the first person our customers speak to, and so we need passionate, enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer support and guidance through their accounts and successfully billing for consumption used during their billing period.
- Managing of all inbound calls assisting with any customer related queries.
- Managing exception and escalated case related workloads to successfully unblock and release bills to customers in a timely manner.
- Recording all queries and journey milestones correctly on our new operating system, ensuring guaranteed standards and service level agreements are met.
- Ensuring customers are kept informed during each step of the process, whilst managing their expectations in line with our service standards.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Previous experience in a customer focused role, preferably with experience working within a fast paced or contact centre environment.
- The ability to communicate with a variety of customers over the phone, therefore excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
- We are looking for someone who is organised, flexible and self-motivated, with strong time management skills.
- You should be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently and within a team.
- You must have good computer skills with the ability to multitask and think on your feet. You will have the flexibility to support your colleagues, provide information to other teams and focus on delivery of customer service goals.
