Summary
Joiner required to start immediately on various refurbishment schemes in the Leeds, Yorkshire and North West area's
The Client
Our client is a large main contractor based in Leeds who operates around Yorkshire and North EWest on planned works, re-roofing, EWI, kitchen and bathrooms schemes on behalf of various councils, housing associations, health care facilities and education establishments.
Job Role
This contract is carrying out the following, these duties will vary depending on the type of work:
- Carrying out remedial works on fire doors in a mixture of domestic and public buildings, some properties will be occupied
This contract is set to run on an ongoing basis. The working hours are 8am - 5pm with a 30 minute break, Monday to Friday.
- £200 per day
There is on street parking available.
Requirements
- CSCS Card
- Previous experience carrying out remedial works on fire doors
- previous Experience
- Transport
- Own Tools
- FIRAS Card - Desirable
- Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
