Summary

About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Sterile Services Supervisor to join our friendly and hardworking team within Manx Care at Noble’s Hospital! In this role you will be accountable for organising, supervising and assisting the production and provision of sterile supplies to theatres, wards, departments and clinics across the Island; ensuring that the services provided are responsive to the needs of users. You will provide supervisory leadership to your team, overseeing their activities, and making adjustments to rotas and duties to ensure that their overall workload is consistently managed. You will have the opportunity to attend training courses when and where required in respect of further understanding about sterilisation and sterile production and the manufacturing of instrumentation, and disseminate to other staff. Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month.
