Morgan Hunt is recruiting for Maintenance Team Leader to work with a Supported Housing Trust in Salford/Manchester on a temp to perm basis. The details of the job are below:
Maintenance Team Leader
Hours: 35 Hours between 8am to 6pm – Mon to Fri
Pay Rate: £17ph to £18ph PAYE + WTR = Total £19.05ph to £21.72ph PAYE
Duration: 3 to 6 months Temp to Perm contract
Location: Salford/Manchester
Suitable candidates must have full clean driving licence. Ideally access to own vehicle and tools allowance would be provided.
JOB PURPOSE:
Support Services are looking to employ an experienced Maintenance Team Leader with strong general capabilities. They will be responsible for carrying out daily maintenance requirements for our owned and managed properties, duties can range from basic handyman tasks as requested to plumbing, decorating and on occasions full refurbishment works, this is a very busy environment and applicants must be able to manage their own workload and work effectively unsupervised.
The suitable candidate will also manage small maintenance team of 6 and oversee the general maintenance to ensue it runs smoothly and liaise with the office manager to resolve any issues arising.
