We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor, delivering high-quality residential projects in Worthing. This is an exciting opportunity to take a key role in a prestigious development, working alongside a dynamic team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all cost aspects of the project, from initial estimates to final accounts.
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Evaluating and managing subcontractor accounts and variations.
- Ensuring effective cost control throughout the project.
- Collaborating with the project management team to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector, preferably with residential projects within the contracting sector.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement practices, and project management.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
