You will be responsible for preparing the restaurant and bar for service, ensuring high standards of presentation are met. As the face of the business, you will be an ambassador of the hotel, upholding the hotel's brand reputation through delivering exceptional hospitality service.

Ideal Candidate
- You will be passionate about hospitality - that's a given!
- You will have an authentic and passionate approach
- Proven experience working in a busy hospitality environment (preferred)
- The ability to enhance a positive culture within the team
- Excellent level of numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong organisation skills
