Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Personal Care: Assisting clients with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Medication Management: Administering prescribed medication and monitoring for side effects.
Light Housekeeping: Maintaining a safe and clean living environment.
Meal Preparation: Cooking nutritious meals tailored to clients’ dietary preferences.
Companionship: Offering emotional support and engaging in conversations and activities.
Transportation: Helping clients get to appointments and run errands.
Effective Communication: Ensuring open dialogue with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Accurate Documentation: Keeping records of care provided and changes in client condition.
Requirements:
Full UK Driving License and access to a reliable vehicle.
No prior experience necessary—full in-house training provided.
