We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support clients with spinal cord injury, neurological and acquire brain injury to live independently in their own homes.
We'd like you to join us as a Live In Support Worker in the Worcester area.
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support our female client with a spinal cord injury within her own home.
You will move into the client’s home and support them with personal care (including washing, dressing and toileting), moving and handling, domestic tasks and social activities.
When you'll be working:
Rolling rota 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off
Living in the client’s home 24/7 when on shift
Zero hour contact with regular shifts as above
What you'll have:
Kind and caring nature
Flexibility & reliability – continuity of care is imperative for our clients
Good communication skills
Our client can require support with driving, therefore a full UK drivers licence is advantageous
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
