Summary

Job Purpose

Contribute as part of a multi-skilled team to deliver an efficient and effective Housing Asset Service to the Council’s housing stock in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the Council’s key objectives .In order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Safer Communities Service Plan and the Community Plan.

Responsibilities

This is a full time permanent post.

The admin base for the post is Kilmarnock Depot, Housing Asset Services, Kilmarnock.

The hours of work are 35 per week.

Monday - Thursday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Friday 8.00 am to 3.00 pm.

The workstyle for this post is ‘Mobile’ - 20-49% of time is office based. Able to work at home, or another location, or travel directly from home to other locations and client visits out in the field.

The salary for the post is £31,905 - £34,671 per annum.
