We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Lead (Head of Growth Marketing) to join the Marketing and Communications team. You'll drive the development and effective implementation of a comprehensive growth marketing and lead generation plan, across the complete value chain for our Individual (B2C), B2B (Corporate and SME) and Intermediary customers.
This role requires a data driven marketing leader with a background in digital marketing, product marketing, and growth hacking techniques. So, if you’re a strategic thinker, a creative problem-solver, and a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in growth marketing and lead generation, combined with a deep understanding of the unique needs of different business segments then this could be the role for you!

What you’ll be doing:
Develop and implement growth marketing strategies globally, to drive acquisition and retention for B2C and B2B channels.
Be accountable for delivering marketing lead targets, cost per lead, and lead quality KPIs linked to annual revenue targets.
Develop mix media marketing plan and definition of digital channel / audience mix including collateral, lead gen campaigns and events that effectively position brand in various global markets and deliver priorities and targets.
Support Large Corporate Distribution team in acquiring business (pitch/ bid support) and retaining existing business.
Cement relationships with our Intermediary (broker) partners to encourage them to promote and sell AXA-Global Healthcare policies.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support growth initiatives with business objectives.
Guide and support a team of Growth Marketers, offering leadership and mentorship to help meet department and business objectives.
Manage and improve multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing, to maximise ROI.
Utilise A/B testing, data analysis, and performance metrics to continuously refine and enhance marketing strategies.
Collaborate with Customer Comms and Website teams to develop and optimise customer journeys.
