Ready to Take Your Care Expertise to the Next Level?

Salary: from £27,000 + tax-free bonus | Location: Remote with travel across the North West area | Role: Adult Care Trainer

Are you a Deputy Manager or Senior Carer looking for a new and rewarding career? As an Adult Care Trainer, you can step into a role that offers flexibility, professional growth, and the chance to shape the future of adult care—all while enjoying a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekend or evening shifts.

Your Role as an Adult Care Trainer:

As an Adult Care Trainer, you’ll combine working from home with visiting care settings across your region to train and support adult care apprentices. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own diary, choose when to meet learners face-to-face and deliver online sessions to suit their needs.

What You’ll Do:

Train and mentor adult care apprentices in care homes and online, passing on your expertise to the next generation of care professionals.
Tailor learning plans to meet the individual needs of your apprentices, ensuring they are well-supported throughout their development.
Guide apprentices in functional skills by showing them how English and maths are essential to their roles and helping them strengthen these skills.
Build strong relationships with care home employers, providing them with feedback on their apprentices’ progress and development.
Support and mentor apprentices through face-to-face visits, online training, and ongoing guidance to help them achieve their qualifications and become confident professionals.

About You:

We’re looking for passionate care professionals eager to share their knowledge and help shape the future of adult care. This role is ideal if you’ve held a leadership position in care and are ready for a fresh challenge in a dynamic, flexible role.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Experience at Senior Care Worker, Deputy Care Manager, or Care Manager level.
A Level 3 qualification in Adult Care (or similar).
Strong technology skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region.
A willingness to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) qualifications in English and maths, with support provided to help you achieve them.

Perks & Benefits:

We offer a starting salary from £27,000, with a full training program and a comprehensive benefits package to help you succeed as a Trainer. As an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ training provider, we invest in your development and provide access to qualifications to help you become the best trainer you can be.

Our benefits include:

Quarterly tax-free bonuses when company targets are met.
25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with an extra day off for your birthday.
A holiday buy and sell scheme for up to five extra days.
Healthcare cash plan, dental plan, employee assistance programmes, and 24/7 GP access.
Enhanced sick pay and life insurance.
Mileage reimbursement and travel expenses.
Access to various courses and personalised development plans to support your growth.
