Summary
Fire Sprinkler Estimator – Essex - £42,000
I am currently working with a well-established fire suppression company who, due to growth, are seeking a fire sprinkler estimator to join the team.
Salary package:
- £35,000 - £42,000
- Travel card/potentially company vehicle (up for discussion)
- 20 days holidays + bank
- Laptop & phone
- Hybrid working
- Medical insurance for all staff
Estimator’s duties :
- Submission of fire & Security tenders
- Carrying out fire & Security estimates
- Working for invitations to tender, not bd required and all warm leads from existing clients.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met
- Liaising with clients & contractors
- Variations & procurement
- Finalise tender bids
- Secure contracts ready for handover to the maintenance team
- Understand and scrutinise sub-contractor quotations
- Understand price points and have out sourced clients for parts
- Be able to use estimation software
- Present bid and no bid proposals to the directors
- Site visits
