Summary


We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Bank Level 7 Oliver McGowan Project Lead towork across the BSoL System project managing the roll out of the OMMT programme, supporting providers to be able to deliver this training to all of their staff within the required time frame.

They will work collaboratively with various provider organisation Training Leads to develop a strategy for OMMT rollout within the ICS.



To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the programme; starting up, implementing and delivery, supporting, facilitating, monitoring progress and evaluating the project. This will support a variety of work streams to ensure that the project is delivered to agreed expectations, on time and within budget.

Whilst this is not a clinical role, the emphasis will be on enhancing the delivery of training in relation patient care and to all staff within clinical and non-clinical services.

To recruit, train, develop and work directly with Experts by Experience (EBE’s) with a Learning Disability, Autism, or both, as well as clinical experts in these fields. Therefore, the post holder will be required to communicate and engage clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels.

As the OMMT process is in its early stages, the postholder will be key to designing, implementing, delivering, and monitoring this extensive programme, which will impact every member of staff within the ICS footprint. They will also be required to review and implement immediate improvements that are identified whilst supporting longer term training
