Summary
The role is to assist the team in producing schedule of works for various building projects, visiting site and completing a take off also completing take offs from plans then circulating with suppliers to gain material costs, estimating time elements and producing costed schedules, the role requires meeting clients and organisation both existing and new.
A driving license is essential and the hours of work are flexible as it is more about the work output than when it is done, a construction knowledge will be an advantage and as the role suggests the candidate must be able to use a computer and excel, HMBS has offices in Haverfordwest and Milford, the role will require site visits to HMBS projects and working with the onsite teams ensuring works are being delivered to plan and identifying out of scope works and presenting to clients.
