Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

The job includes being responsible for the effective running and the deployment of Assistive Technology, including support for pupils who have visual impairments, and alternative communication systems at the school.

You

• Will have knowledge of appropriate ICT equipment, software and how to apply these to enable children and young people with disabilities to access the curriculum and social and leisure situations.
• Will be hard working and committed to work across the age range (4 to 19 years);
• Must have significant experience of working with children or adults with complex and profound additional needs;
• Will be able to work with minimum supervision.
