Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Proven experience in a childcare setting, with leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, including staff management, curriculum development, and parent communication
