Summary
Grafter currently has a client looking to fill a role with the following description: We’re looking for a caring and organised individuals to join to our growing company as a Maintenance Person.
We have four venues right now and another venue will be open soon. At the same time, we do a lot of project work as well.
Who are we looking for?
Someone with:
Relevant building maintenance experience
A sound understanding of the main Health & Safety Regulations and risk assessment
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Ability and willingness to travel to all venues in Central London. [Soho, Fulham, Clapham Common and Notting Hill]
Create and maintain working relationships with the general managers and colleagues
Shares ideas with others [to make improvements]
Keen to l
