As part of our Activities and Leisure Team, you will…
- Takes ownership of the shift service delivery ensuring all team are guest obsessed
- Confidently deals with guest concerns with the ability to resolve problems
- Monitors on-shift service and tasks, arranging appropriate resource when needed
- Achieves and exceeds shift targets and key performance indicators
- Ensures all team on shift have the required skills and training required for their role
- Complete relevant daily administrative tasks including accurate hours worked recording
- Safety compliance checks and legislative compliance checks
- Deputise in the absence of the activities & leisure manager

Pay Rates: £11.44 per hour, with an hourly rate of £12.44 per hour when leading shifts
Hours: 30 hours per week minimum
Experience and Qualifications
You may already be working in a similar role which is great! All we are looking for is:
- First Aid at Work
- Previous hands-on experience of working within a leisure environment
- Energetic team player
This opportunity requires the successful candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work and be 18 years and over.
