Qualifications
- Nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
- Valid UK NMC Pin
- Proven experience working in a neurological setting
- Ability to manage a caseload of complex patients
- Strong clinical reasoning skills
- Knowledge of development, clinical training, and supervision of support workers

Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of complex patients and utilizing advanced clinical reasoning skills to assess, diagnose, and implement appropriate nursing support plans
- Providing development, clinical training, and supervision of support workers
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and effective working environment
